By using the site www.armoirestremblay.com (the "site"), you accept the terms below. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. Purpose of the site
The site presents the products and services of Armoires Tremblay inc. (kitchen cabinets, bathroom furniture, custom furniture) and lets you contact us. It is not an online store: no sale is concluded through the site.
2. Information and quotes
We do our best to keep the site's information accurate, but it is provided for guidance only. Project photos, styles, materials and colours may differ from the products delivered. Nothing on the site constitutes a firm offer: only a written quote signed by Armoires Tremblay and accepted by the customer binds the company. The meeting at the showroom, the quote and the plans are free; a designer's visit to your home before an agreement is signed carries a minimal travel fee, credited to the project if it is entrusted to Armoires Tremblay; a deposit of 5% of the project value is required to take the plans without ordering, and it is applied to the project if it goes ahead.
3. Intellectual property
The texts, photographs, plans, logos and other content of the site belong to Armoires Tremblay inc. or are used with permission. You may not copy, modify or distribute them for commercial purposes without our written permission. You may make personal use of them, for example to prepare a renovation project or share a page with family.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the site in an illegal, misleading or harmful way;
- attempt to disrupt its operation or access its systems without authorization;
- send abusive content, spam or information about others without their consent through the form.
5. Links to other sites
The site may contain links to third-party sites (social networks, Google, etc.). We do not control these sites and are not responsible for their content or practices.
6. Limitation of liability
The site is provided "as is".
